We often don’t hear about the “up” side of being a Millennial, including a strong tendency toward entrepreneurship and innovative thought. Well, this week, I gladly connected to Nina Hale senior accounts manager Connor McCarthy on LinkedIn. From his picture, Connor certainly looks to be of Millennial age. He made news this week as the creator of Nina Hale’s new “fur-ternity” leave policy for pet parents. (Read more here.) Now, if you aren’t a pet mom or dad, you have no idea what a groundbreaker this policy is…but, trust me, it is MAJOR. Thank you, Connor, thank you.
